The Beginning
Straight out of university we turned an Instagram side project into a small fashion showroom in our Sydney flat. We sourced pieces from suppliers abroad and sold them directly to friends, then to friends of friends.
Finding Our Focus
What we were proud of was finding footwear with no name on it that still looked and felt far more expensive. Then COVID-19 arrived, we couldn't open, and the little studio closed. Stuck in our shared flat, we started working out how to keep going and reach past our handful of Sydney customers. That was the moment Qom Co. became an online store.
Qom Today
The idea was to put beautiful footwear and comfort products in front of people anywhere, hold the prices down, and do it with the smallest carbon footprint we could manage. Customer service is where we take most pride, and the two of us still handle nearly all of it from Sydney. We're grateful for the support, and for every chance it gives us to improve the products and the packaging.
